Utilities Infrastructure Pictures

Before and after pictures showing the old panel and meter and the new panel and the old meter where NiMo told the electricians to stick it. The old panel was small, full, and only had 100A service. The new panel is nice and big, mostly empty, and has 200A service. And as a side effect of the electrician not being particularly careful which wire went where, we now have a much better map of what circuits are what in the house. Of course, it was a pain to figure out, but it was needed.

We're freaks. There aren't many people in the world who install 66 blocks for their telephones in their house, and 110 blocks for the network. Before I catch flack, we used 66 blocks because they're easier to mux than 110 blocks are. The 110s exist purely as a Cat5 splice point, so we can run wires more flexibly. The 66s are being used as the distribution system for the phones.

After RoadRunner was installed, and there are actually wires *using* what we installed. And the requisite firewall, of course.
