Bedroom 1 Pictures

A quick shot of how we're plastic'ing the ceiling in 1, which will probably translate into plastic on all sorts of holes around the second floor.

Two "before" pictures, showing the fugly panelling.

They ripped out lathe and plaster wherever they need to for electrical work. Makes it easy for me to go through and fix all of it.

These are pretty hotly contested at this point, whether we're looking at old gas light supply pipes, or electrical conduit. I'm starting to think that it's both - gas pipes that were re-used. There are also places where the pipes are thinner than others, so in places it was possibly gas pipe that was physically replaced with conduit.

Gotta love the condition of the plaster. This explains why they went with drop ceilings and panelling - *much* cheaper than fixing this mess.
